As a core member of the information systems team, you will be responsible for a wide range of IT strategy planning and execution.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Planning and operation
    of IT infrastructure, implementation and operation of various SaaS services, security optimization
    , operation and advancement
    of ID management platforms (Google Workspace, Entra ID), automation and efficiency
    of device management using MDM (Microsoft Intune / Kandji) ■ Promotion
    of internal DX ・Productivity improvement
    through systematization and automation of help desk operations ・Improvement proposals
    through visualization of business processes and SaaS utilization ■ Strengthening
    security governance ・Formulation and operation
    of company-wide information security policies ・Maintenance and operation of ISMS certification, etc.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience
    managing and operating SaaS (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.) ・Experience managing and operating
    ID management platforms (Google Workspace, Entra ID, Okta, etc.) ・Device management experience
    using MDM (Microsoft Intune, Kandji, etc.) ・Experience in internal help desk and IT support work
    ・Experience proactively driving everything from project planning to execution
  • Preferred
    ・Knowledge and operational
    experience in information security frameworks such as ISMS ・Experience
    in SaaS implementation and business flow design ・Knowledge and experience

    with business systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk ■Desired Person
