Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Government Liaison
    ・Prepare presentations and proposal materials for government agencies
    ・Networking with government officials and accompanying them in their external relations activities
    ・Investigation of government and municipal policies and support systems
    ・Monitoring information on revisions to related laws and regulations

    ■ Management Strategy Planning
    ・Preparing and implementing mid- to long-term management plans
    ・Planning and implementing business strategies and tactics
    ・Preparing reports based on market and competitive analysis ・Investigating customer needs and technology trends and reflecting them in business strategies ・Developing business plans and annual budgets and managing their progress ・Strengthening cooperation between departments and Create reports based on market trends and competitive analysis
    ・Survey customer needs and technology trends and reflect them in business strategies
    ・Develop business plans and annual budgets and manage their progress
    ・Strengthen collaboration among departments and optimize business processes
    ・Prepare materials for management meetings
  • Requirements
    Experience in a strategy/general consulting firm
    - Experience in a think tank
    - Experience in a general trading company where you were seconded to an operating company and engaged in management support and business promotion
    - Experience in corporate planning and business development such as PL design
    - Experience in policy planning at a government agency
    - Japanese business level or above (smooth communication) Japanese business level or above (smooth communication)
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of deep tech business
    - Large scale project management experience
    - Elementary knowledge or willingness to learn about the space exploration industry
    - Knowledge of business investment and M&A
