In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-in-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)], and in particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Lv4 autonomous driving, and are working towards the future of safe and secure mobility systems.
You will play an active role in realizing a "battery recycling society" that allows you to "reuse" vehicle batteries that have reached the end of their lifespan as cars, "reuse" as energy management in the city, and "recycle" rare metals.
In order to realize a battery-recycling society, you will be active in the position of project leader or sub-leader of commercial IT system development to determine the value of automotive batteries that are nearing the end of their lifespan for the purpose of building an ecosystem and commercializing battery reuse/recycling services. In the future, you will also be responsible for developing the platform in the ecosystem.

- Responsibilities
- Concretize and dig deeper into potential requirements and assumed issues from potential customers
・Promote development of cloud-based applications and IoT solutions linked to devices while advancing business analysis, needs analysis, and data analysis
・Develop and promote issue resolution in cooperation with customers

- Requirements
- Experience in proposing and developing new business systems for clients (especially, experience in business systems for manufacturing industry)
- Experience in business analysis and Fit&Gap of systems used by multiple departments
- Experience as a project leader or sub-leader
- Experience in system development that ensures quality according to V-shaped model
- Experience in requirement definition Experience in the development of systems that are used in the business analysis, Fit&Gap, basic design, testing, etc.
・Able to take on challenges and passionate about solving customer issues, and willing to enter the field to do so
・Strong relationship building skills with customers/affiliates and internal departments

- Preferred
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical/electrical/chemical
- Experience in development of IoT devices
- Knowledge of cloud computing in general and experience in system development
- Passed one of the advanced information processing engineer exams
- General knowledge of advanced IT technologies such as AI and data analysis
