You will be in charge of general affairs in the cutting-edge technology department "BRAIN Division", which deals with autonomous driving technology for global automobile parts manufacturers.
You will be responsible for a wide range of general affairs (GA) operations within the BRAIN Division, Valeo’s cutting-edge technology division that handles advanced technologies such as autonomous driving systems for this global automotive parts manufacturer.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Management
of buildings, company-owned vehicles, and equipment, customer service, luggage collection
, sponsorship
of safety and health committees, health checkups
, stress checks, planning and management of company events (e.g., all-party meals),
payment processing of the General Affairs Department Cost Center (rent, utility bills, etc.),
accounting audits, internal audits
・Management of office facilities, company vehicles, and office supplies
・Handling visitors and receiving deliveries
・Organizing and facilitating the Safety and Health Committee
・Coordinating annual health checkups and stress assessments
・Planning and managing company events (e.g., all-hands meetings, staff gatherings)
・Processing payments for the General Affairs cost center (e.g., rent, utilities)
・Supporting accounting and internal audits

- Requirements
- ・General affairs experience (facilities, equipment work, etc.) *Number of years of experience (approximate): 2~3 years
・Japanese: Business level
・English: Daily conversation level (those who are not allergic to English and have a learning attitude)
・Experience in general affairs (such as facility management, office supplies management, etc.) ? approximately 2?3 years of experience
・Japanese: Business level
・English: Conversational level (comfortable using English and willing to improve language skills)
