Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    This is the development and design of heater units for wafer heating that cover almost the entire temperature range of semiconductor device manufacturing, utilizing the characteristics of SiC ceramics such as high purity and high conductivity. Our unique thermal analysis system enables us to develop and design custom products to meet the customer's equipment requirements.
    ・Confirmation of market and customer needs and examination of product realization
    ・Preparation and evaluation of prototypes
    ・Project promotion with customers for the launch of new products and examination of in-house manufacturing processes

  • Requirements
    -Experience with 2D CAD and 3D CAD
    -Various measurements and analysis
    -Experience in heater design
    -Experience in designing industrial furnaces, heat treatment equipment, heat exchangers, deposition equipment, vacuum equipment, etc.
    -Experience in electrical design and thermal analysis
    -English (daily conversation level)

In addition, there is a possibility that you will be involved in the development, evaluation, and verification of measures against market defects of current batteries, 4M and EOL support, and chargers that are handled by the same department.
