Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, and dealing
    with suppliers involved in parts development activities ・Communication
    with suppliers (domestic and international) to ensure product quality requirements related to project timelines ・Engaging
    with internal stakeholders on activities related to parts quality processes and parts development milestones ・Product knowledge of mechatronics and cooling system components, transactions
    on parts development within the company and with suppliers ・Supplier risk assessments
    to ensure defect-free product quality development ・Supplier process audit skills
    for basic ISO and IATF requirements ・Pre-product quality planning (APQP) for effective parts development activities In-depth knowledge of process and production component approval processes (PPAP)

    ・ Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements to deal with suppliers for part development activities
    ・Interaction with suppliers (domestic and overseas) to ensure the product quality requirements with respect to project time line
    ・Dealing with internal stakeholders for parts quality processes and part development milestone related activities
    ・Product knowledge on Mechatronics, Cooling systems parts to deal internally and with suppliers for part development
    ・Supplier risk assessment to ensure defect-free product quality development
    ・Supplier process audit skills with respect to basic ISO and IATF requirements
    ・Indepth knowledge on Advance product quality planning (APQP) processes and
    Production part approval processes (PPAP) for effective part development activites
  • Requirements
    ■ Work Experience and Knowledge
    Graduates in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
    At least 5 years of experience in quality control
    Negotiation skills

    Japanese: Conversational
    English: Conversational
