Automotive After-Sales Manual Specialist

As a representative of the after-sales service area, you will be responsible for sales preparation activities (planning and drafting of owners' manuals) for customers who use the products. As the person in charge of producing owner's manuals for four-wheeled products, you will be responsible for providing the best handling information for our customers in cooperation with a wide range of related departments, including the Research and Development Department.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Editing, manuscript production, and production management of instruction manuals for new four-wheeled vehicle models
    ・Reconstruction of optimal instruction manual production process adapted to the BEV era

    -Manuscript production work includes production of text and content alignment of materials with laboratories.
    Production management work includes project management for each model document.
    As a member of the section's future policy team, you may be involved in the development and implementation of ideas for future concepts.
  • Requirements
    Interest in or experience working in the automotive or motorcycle industry (humanities or science is not required)
    ・Experience in planning/editing/directing manuals, technical documents, etc.
    ・Interest in English or general English skills
  • Preferred
    ・A qualified mechanic
    ・Experience in manuals related to hardware products such as automobiles, electronics, machinery, medical equipment, etc.
    ・Experience in global products and overseas expansion *Overseas business trip opportunities may be available.
