In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-in-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)], and in particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Lv4 autonomous driving, and are working towards the future of safe and secure mobility systems.
You will be asked to design, operate, and study the application of a large-scale simulation environment. We are developing ADAS in collaboration with our customers, vehicle manufacturers, and as an evaluation environment that can be used not only by our own company but also by vehicle manufacturers, we will develop and operate an environment that calculates the recognition and control simulation of autonomous driving/advanced driver assistance systems at high speed on large-scale data that reproduces various traffic environments.

- Responsibilities
- ■Planning
for new system development, formulating
system requirements for next-generation ADAS development that reflect server trends and ADAS developer needs, brushing up
requirements in consultation with the ADAS development team, and QCD management as described above
■System verification
and market trends through PoC for new server devices and new technologies, etc./Collection
of ADAS developer needs, and implementation of PoC with partner companies
■Server design, construction
, specification design
with partner companies, presentation of requirements to partner companies, development management
, evaluation, and deliverable management
■Continuous improvement activities such as operation and improvement activities
of the built server, operation and management
of the server, and efficiency improvement of the server

- Requirements
- ・Be intellectually curious and be
able to work positively. ・Be able to plan, propose, and execute goals in a concrete form until they achieve them.
・Experience in developing Linux environments such as Ubuntu and system operation (at least 3 years)
・Development experience and system operation experience in cloud environments such as AWS (at least 1 year)
・System performance analysis and optimization skills (at least 1 year)
・Statistics (deep learning, Bayesian estimation, certification, etc.) at the level of university graduation
・Development management experience (specification creation, Task management, summary report creation, etc.) (at least 1 year)
・Computer science knowledge (information engineer exam, program optimization experience, understanding of drivers, libraries, program layers, understanding of computer architecture)
・Report writing skills (technical writing, logical thinking, etc.)

- ・Development experience in C++, Python, etc. (at least 1 year)
・Development experience using game engines and graphics libraries (at least half a year)
・Mathematics (linear algebra, geometry, etc.) and physics (optics, mechanics, etc.) with
a university degree ・Experience in software and system verification evaluation (verification evaluation at JIRA, etc.) (at least six months)
