Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Operation and improvement
    of the human resources system in Japan, system guidance for HR personnel and line managers,
    participation
    in the HR operations efficiency project, participation in the HR-related system renovation project,
    and promotion of measures to improve the human resources process
  • Requirements
    At least 3 years of experience
    in human resources and labor affairs Practical experience
    in personnel system planning Basic knowledge
    of HR operations and labor law Basic skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Preferred
    Experience in
    personnel planning work Experience in introducing or operating personnel systems (payroll, human resources, attendance, etc.)
