Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Responding to LINE inquiries from individual customers (hearing about desired car model, budget, usage period, etc.)
    ・Lease plan and monthly fee proposal
    according to the content of the hearing, support for contract procedures, guidance
    on necessary documents, follow-up on progress until delivery, coordination
    with external parties for delivery (communication with car dealerships and insurance companies)
    ・Other related office work, etc.
  • Requirements
    Experience in one of the
    following: At least 2 years of sales experience, or at least
    2 years of experience in call center or customer support operations.
  • Preferred
    Desired personality
    , those who
    can work in cooperation with other members, and those who can act voluntarily with light footwork.
