In April 2024, a new R facility was completed, and we are working on the development of further advanced technologies.

As the head of the development department in Japan, he is in an executive position where he oversees technology strategy, development organization, and project execution, with both a strategic perspective and engineering operations responsibilities as a CTO.
While defining the technical vision and architecture for the Japanese market, we are responsible for maximizing the performance of the development organization and driving innovation.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Formulation and execution
    of technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap in the Japanese marketManaging and improving
    the performance of the development organization (quality, cost, delivery) Managing and developing large engineering organizations (PMO, safety, security, etc.)Resource
    optimization and capacity building
    using the global development networkASPICE, Agile, CI/ Introduction and promotion
    of development processes such as CDs, building relationships
    with internal and external stakeholders as a technical point of contact, and promoting technological innovation and advanced development in the ADAS/autonomous driving domain
  • Requirements
    Degree
    in a relevant field (software/electrical/systems, etc.) More than 10 years of leadership experience
    in the automotive × software field, management experience
    in large engineering organizations, knowledge
    of software development, architecture, CI/CD, AI, etc., Understanding
    of automotive development processes (ISO26262, ASPICE, etc.) Knowledge
    in the ADAS/Autonomous Driving Domain Japanese and English Business Level
  • Preferred
    Master's/Ph.D
