As the head of the development division in Japan, I hold an executive position overseeing technology strategy, development organization, and project execution, combining CTO-like strategic perspectives and engineering operations responsibilities.
While defining the technology vision and architecture for the Japanese market, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the development organization and driving innovation.
