The company is working on the development of new mobility, including electric vehicles. Currently, we are focusing on the research and development of new energy vehicles, and in the future, we will build a manufacturing and sales system for vehicles developed in-house, aiming to develop our business as a new automobile brand originating in Japan.
In order to enrich the customer's EV ownership experience, you will be in charge of planning and introducing accessory products and new services.
[Role]
As a core member of product and service planning, this role is to proactively and consistently take on practical work from planning to market introduction in collaboration with the team and outside the team. In addition to the development of conventional accessories, you will also be involved in creating new customer value required in the EV era.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Planning and development of genuine accessory products (including research and analysis of necessary markets and customer needs)
・Product development
and pricing in collaboration with business partners and related internal departments, formulation of sales plans, market introduction, analysis of subsequent sales results, product improvement proposals
, planning and consideration
of new products/services based on EV usage scenarios ・Promotion work in the execution phase of the project

- Requirements
- Those
who have any of the following experiences: Experience in product planning, development, and introduction
of accessories/supplies in the automotive industry - Planning of products and services in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry (CX-based new business is preferred) ~ Experience in practical work and projects
until market introduction - Understanding of product supply chain
