Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Supervise and promote
overall operations at the New Car Maintenance Center (PDI Pre-Delivery Inspection) ・Ensure new vehicle quality, delivery time, safety, completion inspection, and compliance with laws and regulations, and take on
management duties ・Manage and supervise vehicle imports, storage, and delivery to dealerships nationwide
Management and supervision include the following tasks:
- Logistics
- Import
of new vehicles - Process planning and processing capacity management
- Vehicle backlog management
- Nationwide delivery
・Inspection and quality areas
・Design and management
of PDI processes ・Interior and exterior inspection, completion inspection, and repair
of vehicles ・Refurbishment to comply with Japanese laws and regulations, confirmation of compliance with laws and regulations
・Type approval and administrative audit support
・Pre-shipment implementation
of service campaigns and recalls ・Diagnostic machine inspection, software update
・Management of quality regulations, management of quality KPIs
・Cooperation with domestic quality
・Management and supervision area
・Negotiations
with PDI suppliers ・Health and safety management of subordinates, education and training management, etc.
・Budget management, man-hour management, equipment management

- Requirements
- ・More than 10 years of experience
in the automobile industry, experience in PDI work for imported
cars, knowledge of
automobile maintenance, knowledge of
process management or quality control, and experience in management positions

- Automobile Mechanic Qualifications
English and Chinese language skills
