We develop and manufacture propulsion machines for small satellites, leveraging proprietary technology that balances high safety with environmental considerations. Evaluated by domestic and international satellite manufacturers, it has achieved multiple space demonstrations to date. Currently, commercial projects and mass production projects are underway, and despite being a research and development company, it continues to achieve stable business growth.

This business development position focuses on customer acquisition, business strategy planning, and contract promotion, leveraging technical expertise to expand cutting-edge space technology, centered on water propulsion machines, to domestic and international markets.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Developing new customers in Japan and overseas, building and strengthening
    relationships with existing customers, identifying business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis, formulating sales and business strategies, executing, and collaborating
    with technical teams, implementing product proposals
    and presentations based on technical knowledge, organizing customer requirements, and providing feedback
    to relevant internal departments (development, manufacturing, etc.) ・Lead
    the entire process from contract formulation, negotiation, contract conclusion to execution ・Participation in domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, and networking activities
    ・Consider collaboration with partner companies and related organizations and support
    alliance building ・Report on business progress and market trends and report to management
  • Requirements
    ・Business communication skills in English and Japanese (conversation and document writing)
    *English proficiency at the business level is required
    due to frequent interactions in English with overseas customers (mainly in the United States and Europe) ・Experience in business development (sales) or project participation in the satellite industry
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in using marketing tools and CRM ・Experience in corporate sales at ventures/startups
