Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Formulate sales measures for products, services, and solutions, expand
global sales of welding machines, increase the value of products and solutions through customer-oriented strategies, strengthen relationships with loyal customers, develop
new customers, and provide
product demonstrations and presentations to new customers and sales networks. ・Strengthening sales measures such as technical training for sales representatives, strengthening sales partners, and strengthening sales partners
・Products in charge: Welding machines
・Customer industry: Metal processing manufacturing industry (automobiles, shipbuilding, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, general industry)
・Regions in charge: Domestic and overseas (all of Asia, South America and other emerging countries)

- Requirements
- ・B2B technical sales experience for production equipment (approximate: 5 years or more)
・Communication skills to elicit customer needs and presentation skills
to propose correct solutions ・Project management skills (planning, progress management, risk management, cost management, negotiation with related departments)
・Ability to organize information and analyze problems with logical thinking. Ability
to objectively and structurally grasp problems and English proficiency: TOEIC score of 650 or higher
*There is also an opportunity to communicate with overseas sales companies/agents on a daily basis and give technical presentations to overseas customers.
*Frequency of overseas business trips - about 5 times a year (varies depending on the region in charge)
