In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
From both business and technical perspectives, you will be the leader of a series of operations from product planning to strategic planning and project management for the next-generation advanced safety and autonomous driving system project.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Requirements definition
and external environment research:
-Investigation and analysis of competition and market trends in driver assistance and autonomous driving systems.
-Identification
of potential customer needs and problems based on user surveys -External relations activities for legal assessments, benchmarking activities
for competitive vehicles, prediction of future trends, marketing, and product requirements definition activities in cooperation with overseas bases:
Integrating and utilizing the information from the above external environmental surveys and regulatory assessments to predict future product and technology trends and market analysis, and define functional requirements necessary for next-generation product development.
■Strategy planning
and product planning: Marketing research on market and customer trends, and planning and strategy planning of products
required for next-generation ADAS systems: Sales expansion strategy based on business plan, business strategy planning
, project management: Project management not only in Japan but also globally including overseas bases

- Requirements
- ・Domain knowledge
of advanced safety and autonomous driving systems, product planning, advance development, and mass production development (3 years or more)
・Management experience
-Experience as a manager of a team with 5 or more subordinates (2 years or more)
-Experience
in budget management, business planning, and mentoring of subordinates ・English proficiency (business level)* TOEIC600 points or higher to be able to perform work with overseas local staff without any hindrance

- ■Practical experience in requirements definition
, user research, and market trend exploration (both quantitative and qualitative),
proactive
in learning new knowledge related to operations such as AI and applying it to work, and experience in overseas assignment
■Strategic planning
