You will be in charge of product marketing management for the manufacturing AI data platform. With the mission of "bringing the added value of products to market as quickly as possible", you will be responsible for the growth of each business and product KPI in the segment in charge, and you will be in charge of planning and executing GTM strategies to achieve goals while involving a wide range of stakeholders from business organizations to product organizations.

- Responsibilities
- ・Planning and formulation of pricing strategies - Lead
of the reflection process, Achievement of key KPIs in the segment in charge Planning and promotion of planning and promotion
of GoToMarket strategies for products and functions in charge ・Active collaboration
with various organizations such as sales and customer success that are responsible for direct proposals to customers to promote product introduction and prompt feedback collection ・Understanding expectations with each stakeholder and making proposals from a business-wide perspective, coordination
・Analysis
of issues through user interviews and hearings, proposal materials, and sales enablement by creating scripts

- Requirements
- ■Project management skills
・Experience in promoting projects with several or more stakeholders inside and outside the company (2 years or more)
・Experience in creating a WBS and promoting overall progress management as a project manager or equivalent (2 years or more)
■Business documentation skills
・Creating and reviewing slides used for customer proposals (2 years or more)
・Experience in creating documents to obtain understanding and consensus from stakeholders on highly complex projects as a project manager or equivalent (2 years or more)
■Experience in any of the following at
a BtoB SaaS or IT service company ・Experience in product marketing management or product management
・At least 3 years of practical experience
in business planning, product planning, sales planning, etc.・At least 3 years of practical experience
as a project manager, customer success, sales, marketing, etc.・Experience in identifying issues based on user interviews and data analysis and completing
everything from planning to execution■Language skills: Japanese at a native level
