In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
To achieve high-precision recognition in AD/ADAS peripheral monitoring and path planning, it is essential to use AI-based algorithms.
On the other hand, automobiles face strict hardware resource constraints, so the key to competitiveness lies in how to reduce weight and speed AI-powered algorithms while maintaining accuracy.
Our department is working on the implementation of algorithmic solutions for next-generation AD/ADAS perimeter monitoring and route planning, and is developing advanced technologies to enhance the competitiveness of Toyota and Denso.
We are looking for colleagues to work together with key technologies that will support the future competitiveness of cars.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- You will be engaged in the implementation of algorithms for next-generation AD/ADAS functions such as peripheral monitoring and route planning—part of our cutting-edge technology development aimed at enhancing competitiveness.
・Benchmarking algorithms using machine learning and AI technologies
・Lightweighting AI algorithms using techniques such as quantization, sparsification, and distillation
・Accelerating algorithms
・Optimizing, implementing, and evaluating algorithms for state-of-the-art SoCs and IPs

- Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in any of the following areas:
・ Research or algorithm implementation experience related to machine learning/AI technologies
・ Development utilizing AI accelerators such as NPUs or GPUs
・ Image processing technologies
*Experience in machine learning/AI technologies and image processing gained through undergraduate or graduate studies is also acceptable.

・Development experience using scripting languages such as Python and Ruby
