In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
As DENSO's global headquarters for aftermarket and retail sales, you will collaborate with DENSO sales companies worldwide to analyze issues, formulate strategies, and lead Kaizen activities in supply chain management areas such as supply and demand planning, procurement, production, logistics, and production management.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ◆ Support for Supply Chain Management of Group Companies
・Design of standard business processes (e.g., guidance on how to set appropriate inventory standards for overseas sales companies)
・Monitoring of overseas sales companies through global KPI management
・Support for warehouse work improvements
・Promotion of DX (Digital Transformation) including development, implementation, and operational support for global SCM systems
◆ Order and supply management for overseas group companies
・Negotiations with overseas group companies and Japanese manufacturing divisions
・Analysis of production and sales data from overseas group companies, planning and executing Kaizen in collaboration with local staff
◆ Production Management in Japan

- Requirements
・Practical experience
in supply chain management such as supply-demand planning, production management, and logistics management; a sincere
willingness to continue learning; interest in new and unknown areas; and an attitude of
learning where rules and systems have not yet been established; and a willingness to learn independently; and the ability to identify challenges independently. Thinking and behavior
that proactively enters the field to solve problems and English communication skills (TOEIC600 points or more, able to read and write emails for work)
