To plan and realize attractive products that exceed customer expectations, you will lead the development project team while taking a comprehensive view of regions, categories, and competitors. Depending on the scale of development, we expect each person to be responsible for three projects.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Motorcycle Product Planning and Market Research:
    You will collaborate with the marketing department to conduct product planning and consideration.
    ・Leader of cross-functional teams such as sales, production, development, purchasing, and service:
    About 10 members outside the development team will be included.
    ・Development Team Leader:
    The development team consists of members from design, research, engineering, and materials domains.
    From specification review and construction, to cost assessment for one completed vehicle, you will make planning proposals and reports, and drive the development project.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience as a development project leader at a motorcycle or automobile manufacturer
  • Preferred
    ・Experience in design work using CATIA or experience in
    complete vehicle test runs ・Strong passion for motorcycles
