You will be responsible for developing core technologies for in-vehicle agents utilizing generative AI.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating dialogue technologies and AI models that enable natural interaction between vehicles and users, understand user intentions and situations, and connect to vehicle control and in-vehicle services.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the product development department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
・Research and development
of in-vehicle conversational agent technology utilizing generative AI, LLM/VLM ・Development of user intent understanding and state estimation
technologies using voice, text, and multimodal input ・Design of logic to
control vehicle functions (doors, air conditioning, seats, HMI, etc.) and services based on user speech and behavioral context ・Optimization, evaluation
, and simulation of generative AI models based on automotive constraints (real-time performance, safety, edge implementation), verification using real vehicles and devices, and identification of issues and improvement
proposals for product application ● Language, environment, tools, etc
. Language: Python, C/C++
Environment: Windows, Linux (Ubuntu)
Tools and technologies: Various generative AI/deep learning frameworks, cloud environments (as needed)

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in generative AI/machine learning model development (design, implementation, evaluation)
・Experience developing
conversational AI, natural language processing, or multimodal AI ・Experience developing teams with multiple people (specification coordination, review, collaboration)

in AI and software development ・Development experience
in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) ・Work experience in manufacturing industries such as automotive and electronics
