UX planning from a mobility perspective for the SDV era

In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].

As represented by Tesla, cars are constantly updated after purchase, and their value is continuously enhanced.

Additionally, user values are diversifying, and we believe that not only improving performance but also enhancing customer experience is important.

We are looking for colleagues to collaborate in creating UX to transform the way we work from traditional performance- and function-focused development to UX-based development.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Validating



    and proposing improvements through UX definition, prototypes, and user testing based on market trends and user values ・Extracting necessary technologies from UX and converting them into

    technical development requirements ・Development and operation of UX ~ product development and design processes
  • Requirements
    Experience in research, design, and planning

    centered on users (whether hardware or software

    ) or design (service, interaction, product, car, etc.), as well as bachelor's level knowledge in cognitive psychology, consumer studies, statistics, or related fields.

  • Preferred
    ・The ability

    to build and evaluate approaches from design thinking and translate them into product development ・Understanding of automotive HMI requirements and limitations
