Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    • Embody the company brand at customer touchpoints, translating vehicle technology, performance, and company values into daily driving behaviors.
    • Engage directly with drivers, fleet managers, and dealer partners to foster changes in driving behavior while building trust.
    • Conduct training programs directly at customers and pilot sites.
    • Manage pre-assignments including apps and post-training follow-up.
    • Collect feedback and KPI-related observations, improve pilot models, and contribute to laying the foundation for future Train-the-Trainer deployments.
  • Requirements
    • Must hold a large vehicle license.
    • Able to handle both truck driving coaching and classroom facilitation on actual vehicles.
    • Possess strong communication skills with management, managers, and drivers.
    • Not only the implementation of existing programs, but also the ability to build new systems.
    • Flexibility to accommodate business trips to customer and dealer locations.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in driver training, technical training, or facilitation/workshop-style training.
    • Knowledge of the truck industry or OEM products.
    • Experience participating in trainer training or certification programs.
