Utilizing its proprietary apps and platforms, it offers a variety of services centered on taxi dispatch services. As
one of only a dozen or so unicorn companies in Japan, it co-creates new mobility services with various companies.

You will be involved in formulating strategies for the growth of existing businesses within our corporate business, developing product and marketing strategies to address issues, executing a series of initiatives (in collaboration with related departments), and planning and drafting services for new areas.
In the future, we envision individuals who will take on business leadership roles as executive members in company management or as PL owners.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Formulating growth strategies for existing businesses (target setting, value proposition, delivery process design, business impact estimation, etc.)
    ・Identifying business needs for product PMF and leading
    planning and collaboration for product development ・Formulating KPIs/managing estimates and actual data (in coordination with product, marketing, and sales organizations)
    ・Planning and business verification for
    business development in new fields, hypothesis building and planning based on data
  • Requirements
    ■Required Skills and Experience
    Practical experience in any of the following areas (at a business company or in the consulting industry)
    ・Experience in formulating strategies related to business growth, such as business strategy, product strategy, and promotional strategy
    ・Experience in planning market research (market/customer surveys)
    ・Experience contributing to business growth as the “number owner” for metrics such as sales, KGI, and KPI
    ・Experience similar to the above

    ・Ability to think and make decisions from both user and business perspectives
    ・Ability to think and make decisions with an ROI perspective
  • Preferred
    ・Experience leading
