You will be responsible for designing electrical circuits and PLC ladder programs for equipment delivered to clients.
Based on the requirements and specifications heard from customers, you will work with mechanical designers on the conceptual design of the entire equipment and finalize specifications, create control specifications, and design electrical circuits and PLC ladder programs. When outsourcing design to a partner company, we create specifications and hold consultations.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・From the initial stage, you will meet with customers to design concepts for
    equipment to be manufactured and their operations, create hardware/software control specifications
    for the equipment to be manufactured, design electrical circuits
    using CAD, design PLC ladder programs
    , provide specification instructions and meetings
    to design contractors, coordinate at
    manufacturing plants (including contractors), and in the case of development machines, Presence of the delivery site
    , equipment start operation, and handover
  • Requirements
    ・Electrical circuit design skills
    using CAD ・PLC ladder program creation
    skills ・Communication skills with customers and suppliers
  • Preferred
    ・Control concept for the entire line (user interface, traceability, etc.)
