You will be involved in marketing services for corporate clients. Our corporate services support companies in solving challenges by improving the safety and efficiency of vehicle management, and have been adopted by many leading enterprise companies in the industry. Furthermore, by having many companies implement it, we can contribute to realizing a safe and secure transportation society.
This position involves personally planning, executing, and verifying marketing strategies that accelerate business growth, from the end of the process to a seamless process. We are looking for individuals who can independently devise the most impactful measures for business growth without limiting themselves to specific areas, and work with team members to turn them into tangible forms.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Planning and developing overall marketing strategies
・Planning and implementing various initiatives, such as brand awareness campaigns and lead generation
・Measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, analyzing data, and implementing the PDCA cycle
・Close collaboration with the sales team and other departments
・Managing external partners, etc.

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in customer-facing operations in the BtoB field (sales, customer success, consulting, etc.) (approximately 3 years or more)
・Possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to
organize and structure complex information ・Motivation and absorption to
independently learn and catch up on new fields and tasks ・Experience promoting multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
・Experience of identifying issues on your own and taking proactive action in a highly changing environment

in B2B marketing, work experience
at consulting firms, sales planning, business planning, marketing, and customer success
experience at business companies, experience handling a wide range of tasks
in rapidly changing environments such as startups and startups, and experience in data analysis and utilizing
