You will be responsible for one of the following functional departments: corporate functions directly managed by headquarters, manufacturing, or technology, and will be responsible for planning and executing organizational and human resource strategies. You will promote HR strategy and organizational and human resource strategy by designing organizations aligned with strategic goals, optimizing talent portfolios, securing and allocating human resources and talent development, and designing and operating optimal systems.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Design of talent portfolios and resource plans for departments (strategies for recruitment, placement, and development)
    ・Promote
    regular discussions and implementation of measures with organizational leaders ・Design succession plans and promote
    candidate development plans ・Anticipate and respond to HR risks and strengthen governance. Labor Handling

  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience
    in HRBP or HR strategy planning ・Experience analyzing organizational issues and formulating and promoting initiatives

    HR policies using data analysis, and experience in labor management and overseas-related operations
