Lead product strategy, marketing, and product planning in the global aftermarket business, driving business growth and maximizing revenue for the product categories under your responsibility. This position oversees the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis and product roadmap formulation to new product planning and global project promotion. By collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders including sales, development, manufacturing, purchasing, and overseas bases, you will be responsible for strengthening competitiveness in the global market.

- Responsibilities
- Based on global market analysis, formulate
product strategies, product portfolios, and product roadmaps; plan new products and manage
the product lifecycle (introduction, growth, improvement, closure); analyze market trends, competitive analysis, sales performance, profitability; plan and promote
business growth measures; project management in collaboration with global sales, development, purchasing, manufacturing, and overseas bases.
Planning and promoting
product pricing strategies, brand strategies, benchmarking activities, promoting the standardization and improvement of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and profitability management
business processes for projects, strengthening
operational excellence, understanding global business needs, and creating business opportunities in new markets and products.

- Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, design and development, or finance operations in the chassis systems (suspension, brakes, etc.) field;
team management experience (about 3~4 people); experience driving
cross-departmental projects;
experience in product strategy, marketing, business planning, or product management. Communication skills
in Japanese and English to promote global projects, knowledge and experience in market analysis, business analysis, and revenue management

- Experience in marketing or product development
in the automotive industry, knowledge and experience
in the aftermarket industry (spare parts, maintenance, distribution, etc.), experience in product portfolio management and product lifecycle management,
project management
experience in global organizations, business-level English proficiency.
