As a member of the APAC Employee Relations team, responsible for Employee Relations (ER) matters across Asia, including Japan. Collaborates with HRBP, Global Employment Law (GEL), Ethics Compliance, etc., leading employee engagement, labor matters, investigations, and performance management. Expected to play an active role as an ER expert responsible for APAC in the future.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Responsible for the entire process of case management, from receiving Employee Relations cases through investigation, interviews, analysis, corrective action proposals, and closure. Handling complex cases such as harassment, discrimination, and misconduct; advising managers on labor, discipline, and performance management; collaborating with HRBPs and legal departments; analyzing and reporting ER data; improving operations; planning and implementing training for managers.
  • Requirements
    ・Over 7
    years of experience in Employee Relations (ER) ・Experience as an HR Business Partner or Employee Relations
    ・Deep knowledge
    of labor and employment law ・Knowledge
    of Employee Relations and HR compliance ・Excellent communication skills
    ・Business proficiency in English (about
    TOEIC800) ・Logical analysis ability (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    as an HR Business Partner ・Asian language skills
    such as Korean, Japanese, and Chinese ・HR/ER experience in the APAC region
