As a supply chain specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the entire supply chain business operates smoothly and efficiently.
As a direct report to the logistics manager, you will play a key role as a coordinator connecting the sales department, contact center, and logistics teams within the Japanese subsidiary.
You will also work to secure and optimize product inventory to ensure the stable supply of as wide a range of products as possible within physical constraints (such as inventory levels, storage space, and transportation capacity).
As a Supply Chain Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across our supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will be considered a crucial coordinator between Sales, the Contact Center and the Logistics Team in the Japanese Subsidiary. You'll have to maximize the availability of our Product Range, within the Physical constraints.

- Responsibilities
- - Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage
product supply based on future demand forecasts - Respond
to urgent and individual inventory inquiries from internal stakeholders - Support Demand Planner and manage
the lifecycle from product introduction to end of sales from a logistics perspective - Coordinate product supply and inventory
status in collaboration with overseas factories and headquarters' Network Planning teams - Identify long-term stagnant and excess inventory and implement countermeasures
in cooperation with warehouse and quality departments - Prepare and distribute
daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory amounts, shipment volumes, inventory status, and customer inventory - Compile logistics-related invoices and verify
the accuracy of content, amounts, and budget alignment - Properly operate and manage
inventory management processes according to company rules - Arrange
and manage the progress of the return process - Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to handle routine inquiries and coordination tasks
-Availability Management : Manage the local Availability Vs. Our Forecast by anticipating the future needs.
-Manage urgent & specific availability inquiries from stakeholders within the company.
-Support the Demand Planner in terms of management of the Product Portfolio – controlling the logistics product Lifecycle.
-Communicate with Producers and the 'Network Planning' HQ team, for detailed availability requests on daily basis.
-Stock Controlling : Identify and manage slow moving & overaged stock. Cooperate with the warehouses and quality team for dedicated stock actions.
-Monitor and send monthly/weekly/daily reports on stock related matters, including but not limited to stock value, shipping volume, availability inventory and customer stock etc..
-Compile and verify related logistics invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
-Control the inventory processes, in compliance with Company rules.
-Organize and monitor Return process.
-Engage in communication with warehouse and sales team for daily inquiries.

- Requirements
- - Bachelor's
degree in logistics, supply chain management (SCM), business administration, or a related field - Practical experience in logistics, SCM, or demand planning is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork skills, communication skills, and ability
to act proactively and proactively - Able to communicate in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office products such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, database management) - Interest or interest in automobiles, motorcycles, and motorsports
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business or related.
-Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Demand Planning would be an advantage.
-Good analytical skills, good team working and communication skills, proactiveness and initiative.
-Good Communication skills in English. Chinese is an advantage.
-Good command of Excel (Pivot / Vlookup / Database management) and other Microsoft Office tools.
