In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
You will be responsible for technical planning and development that leverages multiple domains of products in the powertrain (electric and internal combustion) fields to enhance vehicle value.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■Formulation of future business strategies in the powertrain domain, and planning and promotion of new businesses
・Global market analysis based on market, customer, and competitor trends
・Exploration of new markets and customers, and identification of disruptive technologies
・Creation of new value and system planning by integrating customer challenges with technological seeds
・Project management for forward-looking development spanning business and technology
■New system development through PoC planning and technical demonstrations with customers
・Formulation of system requirements that reflect market and customer needs
・Agile development that translates market feedback into improvements
■Formulation of commercialization and monetization strategies for advanced development themes
・Formulation of business models based on business and customer strategies
・Establishment of advanced development process frameworks and operational support

- Requirements
- ・Basic knowledge of power electronics (university graduate level) and one of the following experiences
・Project sub-leader
experience ・Development experience in electric and power supply fields (over 3 years)

must have one of the following experiences: experience in new business planning, market analysis, or technical strategy
planning; project manager experience
; English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score of 600 or higher (including communication with overseas partners);
English drawing and technical document reading ability
