As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procurement activities related to indirect materials and services, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and business continuity. The role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support plant and business operations

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Manage procurement activities for indirect goods and services from RFQ to delivery.

    - Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive purchasing optimization initiatives.

    - Conduct supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

    - Ensure supplier quality, delivery, and compliance standards are met.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.

    - Analyze spending and procurement data to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Requirements
    - Japanese Native or Business Level
    - Experience in procurement area or finance area for at least 2 years
    - Solid Microsoft Excel Experience
    - Intermediate English Preferred

    TOEIC 650 or higher
