You will be responsible for all necessary transformations across multiple accounts within your industry, from identifying departmental issues to reaching management agreements, on-site implementation, and subsequent horizontal rollouts. It is an environment where on-site issues are directly linked to management challenges, allowing you to directly feel the speed and impact of transformation.

- Responsibilities
- ・Identification of management and business issues, breaking down projects and building consensus, executing
them ・Promoting transformation from management to the field (not only system implementation but also implementation in business and organizations that help solve management issues, and generating results)
・Analysis of market and customer portfolios in the industry in charge, planning and executing
industry strategies ・Functional improvements and collaboration with the product team to address management challenges that cannot be solved by existing products alone; collaboration with new development (direct contribution to in-house product and business growth);
identification of new management issues, account expansion
in collaboration with the sales department, team formation, member development, and broadening the management scope as business and organization grow

- Requirements
- ・Experience working with clients to drive necessary changes and investment decisions to achieve their goals (management goals, business goals, KPIs, etc.).
・Experience driving new projects as a person responsible for various stakeholders (including departments, job levels, and external parties) from planning to execution and review / Completing launch projects involving multiple companies (partner companies, vendors, etc.).
・Experience defining a problem yourself, formulating and verifying hypotheses, and guiding them to solutions in situations where no correct answers or precedents have been prepared.

- ・Experience collaborating with product development teams and engineers to promote
functional improvements and new developments ・Experience
in business and operational transformation in manufacturing ・Experience proposing and implementing
core systems (ERP, PLM, MES, etc.) in manufacturing ・Experience leading
projects or teams from a young age *Expertise in AI, data, and manufacturing is not required. The ability to structure challenges and design and execute projects is emphasized. Expertise is positioned as an area that can be sufficiently caught up later.
