In IVI automotive device development, you will be responsible for QCD management, strategic management, and team management for large-scale software development. You will promote co-creation activities with customers (car OEMs), define customer experiences, make proposals and explanations, negotiate and report, and build trust.

management for large-scale software development ・Conceptualization and
practice of continuous improvement and discontinuous reform ・Co-creation activities with customers (car OEMs), customer experience definition, proposals and explanations, negotiations and reporting, and promotion
of trust building ・Strategy development and development management leadership for automotive IVI and CDC in-vehicle devices, Specification proposals during the planning stage, "Order promotion activities," "Post-order development promotion," "Specification adjustments during development"
・ Conducting requirements analysis through close communication with customers. By proposing utilizing our own technologies and the latest trends, we promote
the creation of new value, manage the development progress and solve issues of projects (with hundreds to hundreds of participants) aimed at achieving target quality, cost, and delivery deadlines, promote projects with all stakeholders to ensure completion
, maintain smooth communication with stakeholders, and appropriately resolve issues to build
strong relationships. ・Contributing to the development of young employees and members, skill enhancement, organizational revitalization, and fostering organizational culture
■ Depending on your experience, skills, and aptitude, you will be assigned one of the following tasks.
(1) Large-scale software development management and leadership
: maximizing business value, ROI, and profitability, comprehensively managing development, delivery, quality, and cost, promoting
product management throughout the entire product lifecycle, focusing on value provided, investment optimization, and maximizing profitability. Develop project plans and manage projects to promote collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, achieving
completion and KGI/KPIs, thereby maximizing team outcomes.
(2) Lead multiple SE members responsible for customer interactions, specification formulation, and project problem resolution as SE Leader / SE Person
/ SE Function Representative, promote
specification formulation and problem-solving for products in general, leverage expertise and experience to co-create with customers, and play a leading role in practical promotion such as project advancement and process restructuring to achieve common goals.

- Requirements
- ①Large-Scale Software Development Management
・Ability to take a leading role in the full range of technical department activities, from RFQ through development to post-mass-production market support
・Experience with product development projects in general, and the skills to execute overall development plans, drive projects forward, and resolve issues
・Ability to appropriately oversee all technical tasks related to securing orders and driving the development of large-scale products
・Has experience in actual product development and is well-versed in the entire development process
②SE Leader
・Skills to plan, propose, and drive initiatives with creativity and empathy regarding the value proposition that OEMs wish to deliver
・Ability to act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling negotiations and driving projects forward
・Ability to define overall product specifications and solve problems

- ・Experience in embedded software development or interactions, dealing with car OEMs, or automotive work
experience ・Having
experience identifying issues by conducting root cause analysis (such as 5-way or why-why-why) on quality issues ・Experience collaborating with customers to solve
problems ・Knowledge and experience in data analysis and
statistics ・Experience in overseas assignments or secondments
to car manufacturers ・Experience in large-scale software development (over
100 people) ・Experience
coordinating specifications with customers and other companies (such as Working Group) ・English proficiency
