You will be implementing "flying cars (eVTOL)" in the Japanese domestic market and strongly driving commercialization. In the highly uncertain cutting-edge mobility business, I personally approach the top level of my customers, logically reveal latent needs, and work closely with management and technical teams to carve out unprecedented markets through my sales skills—an exciting position.

You will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and supporting the execution of initiatives to bring our innovative flying car products and services to market and ensure business success. This role involves developing new business hypotheses, creating new business opportunities, validating business models, and driving commercialization efforts.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Developing
    new potential customers and partners We build customer and market hypotheses that lead to the sales and commercialization of our own aircraft, and promote new development targeting overseas municipalities, infrastructure companies, major operating companies, and leading local firms.
    We execute everything from direct approaches to decision-making (key persons) and relationship building to creating business negotiation opportunities.

    2. Concrete
    Use Cases and Projects Not just to sell the aircraft, but to conceive and propose specific use cases (utilization scenarios) tailored to the characteristics of each region and company.
    We demonstrate the added value and ROI (return on investment) of implementation based on data and logic, and clarify the "significance of working now" for clients through concrete projects.

    3. Negotiating Commercial Terms and Closing Contracts We
    carefully and persistently resolve customer concerns arising from the unprecedented nature of the product.
    With overwhelming problem-solving skills, he leads negotiations on commercial terms and steadily ensures secure monetization (contract signing) such as aircraft sales and service introductions.
    You will also be responsible for tasks such as "fundraising support," "regulatory and government agency response," and "project progress management," but this is not your primary responsibility; rather, you will collaborate and support with internal specialized teams and stakeholders within the scope necessary for project acquisition and contract conclusion.

    *Additional note regarding
    work style: Due to the nature of the work, this position involves business trips both domestically and internationally. During periods outside of business trips, we primarily work remotely from home, but we also adopt a hybrid work style, requiring you to come to either the Tokyo office or the Nagoya Airport office as needed for work
  • Requirements
    Practical experience
    in overseas corporate sales, overseas business development, or equivalent work. Experience
    advancing large-scale and long-term projects by involving multiple decision-makers, including management. Experience independently discovering projects, leading proposals
    , negotiations, and contract signing. Communication skills
    capable of customer negotiations, negotiations, and presentations in English. Experience quantitatively managing sales activities and pipelines
  • Preferred
    Experience in sales and business development
    in regulated industries such as aerospace, mobility, infrastructure, and energy; overseas assignments, overseas bases, or management of multinational teams;
    experience in consultations
    and negotiations with government agencies and local governments; experience involved in investment, finance, and business planning;
    foreign languages other than English (Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, etc.)
    Experience

    in launching sales and monetization from zero to one (0→1) [Desired Candidate Profile]

    can independently identify challenges in uncertain overseas markets and proactively propose and take action. Someone with strong commitment to achieving high goals and the ability
