In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].
We are looking for partners who will jointly develop the security technologies necessary to protect cars and related services from cyberattack threats and incorporate them into our products.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Development, verification, and evaluation of security technologies for SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle)
Specifically, you will be involved in the following development tasks:
・Threat analysis and risk assessment as part of the upstream development phase for establishing security specifications
・Validation of the validity of security specifications derived from customer and external requirements
・Specification coordination with customers and preparation of proposals for customers
・General security evaluation
・Standardization of development technologies within the company and development of design guidelines
・Construction and operational design of key management systems

- Requirements
- ・Experience
in cybersecurity design and mass production development of embedded systems and devices ・Experience in building, designing, and operating cryptographic key management systems

- Preferred
- ・Knowledge equivalent to that of an Information Processing Security Support Specialist
・Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434
・Knowledge of UN-R155
・Experience developing large-scale systems (systems that integrate multiple functions)
・Practical experience in threat analysis for embedded devices and systems
・Experience as a project manager
・Experience negotiating with OEM (automotive manufacturer) engineers and proposing specifications
・Knowledge of other security-related regulations and standards is a plus (e.g., European CRA, Chinese GB and GB/T standards, etc.)
