We are a startup company focused on hands-on support for new Urban Tech business development, focusing on the mobility sector, aiming for sustainable urban development.
With the mission of "connecting technology, the workplace, and various stakeholders to create systems for value and realize a rich urban life," we operate new business development support and consulting services mainly in the mobility sector. In collaboration with major automakers, transportation operators, energy companies, and local governments, we are promoting business development and social implementation in next-generation mobility and urban infrastructure sectors such as autonomous driving, MaaS, EVs, mobility hubs, and robotaxis.
■ Mission
You will be responsible for steering technology and projects in both in-house products and major prime projects.
In-House Development
Lead technology selection, architecture design, and quality assurance, and drive product growth from planning through development and operations.
Contract Projects
As a project manager, lead the process from identifying issues through client negotiations to defining requirements and managing project progress, while overseeing the entire project from a technical perspective.
Our main clients include municipalities, major infrastructure companies, and public transportation operators, many of which are prime projects.
Through seminar management and collaboration with the consulting department, we have built relationships with local governments and mobility-related companies, establishing a direct flow of acquiring development projects through these relationships.
Our greatest strength lies in our ability to quickly extract real market issues (needs) from the field of these contracted projects and have a cycle where we can directly apply them to our product marketing and new planning. Going forward, we will actively implement the technical expertise accumulated in our development, such as image analysis and conversational AI, into our own products, aiming for further business expansion.
■ Team Composition
System Development Division: 8 members (1 Director, 1 Manager, 1 UX Engineer, 1 Backend, 2 Frontend, 2 Part-timers)
Our company does not have fixed teams for Prime projects and in-house development. Everyone is involved in developing their own products and is flexibly assigned according to the status of each Prime Project and individual aptitudes.

Development The projects you participate in vary depending on the timing and timing, but basically, cloud service development is built and operated on the AWS platform.
Our main clients range widely, including transportation operators, energy, automotive, mobility-related companies, as well as local governments and major infrastructure companies.

■ Steps and expectations
after joining: Catch up
through development While handling practical development of existing products and projects, you will understand the overall system overview, specifications, and workflow.
Four months after joining: Together with the lead
manager, you will participate in client projects involving transportation operators, the automotive industry, and local governments, responsible for requirements definition and project management as an early PM.
Six months after joining: You will lead a team of about five people, communicating closely with team leaders and development
promotion managers and engineers, and take the lead in product development and implementation support.
*The ratio of customer negotiations, PM, and development (hands-on) is expected to be about half and half.
