You will be responsible for everything from formulating requirements and specifications for joint actuators installed in AI robots to system concept, design, prototyping, evaluation, and improvement. You will conduct system design from an overhead perspective of components such as motors, reducers, servo drivers, and encoders, architectural design, and mechatronic integrated design, coordinating technical cooperation internally and externally, and managing technical progress within the development team.

- Responsibilities
- ・For joint actuators installed in AI robots, formulate requirements, system concept, design, prototyping, evaluation, and improvement
; oversee elements such as motors, reducers, servo drivers, and encoders that make up joint actuators, and translate them into specifications for each component;
design the architecture (configuration) of actuator systems; structural design for mechatronic integration;
technical coordination
with internal departments, component manufacturers, universities, research institutions, and startups; technical team technical management, development progress management

tools such as CATIA V5
for mechanical, electrical, and thermal fluids; analysis tools

- Requirements
- ・Graduates of technical colleges or universities in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronics engineering, control engineering, mechatronics, or related fields
・Experience in the design and development of mechatronics products
*Including motors, gear reducers, servo systems, industrial robots, collaborative robots, machine tools, factory automation (FA) equipment, automotive drive systems, and electric actuators, etc.
・Practical experience in one of the following specialized fields:
— Motor or electromagnetic design / Reducers, gears, bearings, or mechanical structure design / Servo control, motion control, or embedded control /
inverters, servo drivers, or power electronics / system design combining mechanical, electrical, and control engineering
・Development experience covering the entire process from defining requirements, basic design, and detailed design to prototyping, evaluation, and design improvement
・Experience leading product and system development as a technical leader, project leader, or manager
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 500 or higher is preferred; a TOEIC score report is required after joining the company)

- ・Experience in reliability design for automotive parts, industrial equipment, robots, electric actuators, and power electronics products
・Experience in stress and fatigue analysis using structural analysis (CAE)
