In the automotive parts industry, we are a company boasting one of the top domestic market shares in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-automotive business (FA/agriculture)]. In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Level 4 autonomous driving, working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.
As a strategist to the business group leader, you will lead, unite, and support various group departments to achieve business growth and secure profitability. This job involves clarifying issues in the management management system, planning transformation and improvement measures, and reporting to top management to promote the strengthening of the management foundation.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Develop a vision for the Powertrain Business Group, formulate short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies, and create tactical and operational plans
・Collect, analyze, evaluate, and present information necessary for managing business profits and losses
・Formulate and promote plans and initiatives affecting all domestic and international group companies, and monitor their implementation
・Early detection of issues related to business operations and profitability, and implementation of necessary measures through collaboration with relevant departments
・Providing support for overall business operations, including financial and accounting matters, to each business division and Group companies both domestically and internationally
・Conducting investigations, submitting reports, and offering recommendations on special assignments from the Business Group Head and each Business Division Head

- Requirements
- ・Experience in profit and loss management such as management accounting, cost accounting, profitability improvement, resource management such as expenses/capital investments, monthly performance management, or experience handling financial statements in manufacturing at financial institutions

- ・Experience in formulating medium- to long-term strategies, building business growth scenarios for individual products, etc
. ・Experience in overseas business planning work (secondment or local hiring)
・English proficiency (about TOEIC600 points)
