Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■ Account Management
・From identifying customer issues and proposing solutions to developing the system ~ maintenance ~ updates, we manage the entire lifecycle.
・In collaboration with the sales department, we manage accounts to realize the client's medium-term plans and systemization plans while performing the above management.
(Depending on the project, there may be opportunities to create proposal materials and present to clients.)
■ Project Management
: For the projects mentioned above, lead internal and external stakeholders as PMs for small and medium-sized projects and as PLs or sub-leaders for large-scale projects.
■ Solution planning, development
, and joint delivery services and WMS packages In the logistics solution field, we plan and develop new solutions in collaboration with business development departments and various internal stakeholders.
[Project Overview]
・Introduction and update
of various logistics business systems for major domestic logistics companies, e.g., implementation of order and receiving systems, import/export systems, and transportation and delivery systems
e.g., modernization (update) of the above core business systems (
ex.) support for DX of logistics operations and introduction of AI and advanced technologies
・Introduction and update of WMS packages for logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and other logistics departments

- Requirements
- Applicants
who meet all of the following: experience as a development project leader or sub-leader
with about five people, management experience in upstream
phases such as requirements definition and basic design, and at least 3 years of experience in SI projects (no restrictions on SIer, manufacturer, information systems department, etc.)

・IPA (Applied Information Technology Specialist (AP)
