We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].

Based on the business strategy formulated by the division, you will consistently oversee the formulation of the technology roadmap, selection of development themes, development planning, and development promotion.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Based on the business strategy formulated by the division, you will consistently oversee the formulation of the technology roadmap, selection of development themes, planning of development, and promotion of development.
    Because the technical fields are diverse, you will work together with the development departments and experts assigned to each area, taking the lead from an overall perspective.
    ・Lead in selecting development themes at overseas technology development sites, defining missions at each site, and overseeing inter-site collaboration
    and IP strategy planning for key development themes
  • Requirements
    ・Domain knowledge of advanced safety and autonomous driving systems, with experience in product planning, early development, or mass production development (guideline: over 3 years)
    ・Team management experience (Guideline: manager or leader experience of teams of five or more people *at least 2 years, budget management, business planning, guidance of subordinates, etc.)
    ・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC600 points or higher, able to work smoothly with overseas local staff)
  • Preferred
    ・Knowledge
    of automotive electronic systems and architecture, proactive
    learning of new insights related to AI and other tasks and applying them to work ・Experience
    stationed overseas and experience in technical planning work
