As an HMI (Human Machine Interface) development engineer supporting user experiences for autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), this position is responsible for designing the display and operation of driver assistance functions using meter displays and vehicle switches. While active in fields such as ADAS, HMI, systems engineering, MBSE, in-vehicle software, functional design, and system verification, we develop highly safe and convenient user interfaces for the global market. We are broadly involved in everything from requirements definition to simulation and actual vehicle inspection, playing a crucial role in creating safe and intuitive driving experiences for next-generation mobility.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Specific work content, expected roles inside and outside the department, position
(early development)
- HMI specification study
for each vehicle and type of driver assistance system (ADAS) - Emphasizing the use of systems engineering and MBSE, conducting stakeholder requirements analysis, and considering
easy-to-understand HMI specifications - Validation
of design specifications using simulation in logic design - Converting
system requirements into component specifications (mid-development)
- Verification
of functions using digital environments, overhead devices, and actual vehicles (late development stage)
- Providing
systems and software that complete system operation verification to ensure market quality Workplace environment and work style (team composition and atmosphere)
Through the use of systems engineering, we collaborate with many related departments to advance development into vehicles as products.
We are required to advance development not only by benchmarking our own standards but also by various trends, advancing development with a multifaceted perspective and collaboration with global bases.
As a team, we are led by about five members in their early 30s

- Requirements
- ・Experience in one of the following
fields ・Electronic component design
・Control system/software development
・Software verification
・Sensor development
・TOEIC: 600 points or higher

- Preferred
- ・Experience in any of the following areas:
・Vehicle and parts development or quality assurance at an OEM
・System and software development at a supplier
・Experience utilizing systems engineering
・Experience in MBSE model development (SysML, MagicDraw, etc.)
・Experience in MBD development (Matlab/Symlink, etc.)
・TOEIC: 730 points or higher
Interested in technology and social contribution, with a desire to improve their own abilities and work on a global stage.
Able to communicate effectively (reporting, consulting, and coordinating) when working as part of a team.
