In this position, you will be responsible for all back-office functions supporting business operations, including cash management, subsidy management, and closing operations, focusing on accounting and management accounting. At the forefront of the rapidly growing space business, you play a crucial role in supporting organizational growth from a management perspective.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Management accounting and business planning
- Support
for business plan formulation - Budget management and budget-based management
- Cash flow management due to large-scale cash in-and-out
Management and operation
of space-related subsidies - Management and operation
of approved large subsidies - Preparation
of quarterly performance reports - Coordination with related organizations and subsidy receipt
operations - Promotion of various application and reporting procedures
Accounting tasks
- Compiling
monthly and annual financial statements - Collaboration and management
with accounting firms - Verification of payment data and supporting documents, and management
of dispatched staff - Handling
tax filings - Handling accounting audits
Back-office operations improvement
- Establishing and improving
accounting workflows in line with business growth - Strengthening
internal control systems - Support for general affairs and administration departments as needed

- Requirements
- - Experience
in accounting and closing operations at operating companies or audit firms - Practical experience or support
in management accounting - Practical skills
capable of self-managing accounting tasks - Experience
in preparing documents and managing operations using Excel, Word, or PowerPoint - Ability to
proactively promote tasks while organizing priorities - Smooth communication skills
with external partners and external specialized organizations - Management experience for temporary staff or external staff, or equivalent experience
