Job Description

Responsibilities

・Operation of Quality Gates
in powertrain development projects, support resolution of issues and issues, validation
of validity, review and review of development processes, and proposals
for review ・Building technology stock and systems across EV and powertrain development headquarters
Requirements

・Experience in EV and powertrain project development at an automobile manufacturer or auto parts manufacturer (especially design work)
・Basic engineering knowledge, mechanical/electrical/electronic/control
knowledge ・Management experience (team leader, etc.)
・English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC score 500 or higher)
Preferred

・ Project management
experience in EV and powertrain development at an automaker; Basic knowledge
of the development process at automakers; Basic knowledge of
systems engineering; practical experience
in design review, FMEA, DRBFM, etc. ・ English communication skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above, or business conversation level or higher)
