As the transformation to SDVs (Software Defined Vehicles) progresses, the importance of connected car services and the cloud technologies that support them is rapidly increasing.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing cloud systems that support connected services and SDVs for the global market.
You will be involved in a wide range of processes, including requirements definition, architecture design, basic and detailed design, implementation, as well as development planning, progress management, and solving technical challenges.
In addition to Japan, you will promote global system development by collaborating with overseas development teams and stakeholders in the United States, Europe, India, and other countries.

Experience in the automotive industry is not required; this position allows you to leverage your cloud software development experience cultivated in IT, web services, telecommunications, IoT, cloud services, and other industries.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Cloud system development
    , requirements definition
    for connected services and SDVs, architecture design
    of cloud systems, external design, basic and detailed design
    , implementation of cloud systems and software
    , and examination and resolution of technical challenges in cloud system development

    Development · Project promotion
    · Formulation of development plans
    · Development schedule and progress
    management · Lead
    identification and resolution of development issues · Coordination
    with internal and external related departments and stakeholders · Technical communication to smoothly advance projects

    Global collaboration
    ・Technical communication
    with domestic and international development teams, technical discussions
    with overseas members, collaboration with
    global development teams in the United States, Europe, India, etc., and collaboration with overseas vendors and external partners as needed
  • Requirements
    ・Knowledge and practical experience
    in cloud system software development; ability
    to actively engage in technical discussions and communication with stakeholders, including overseas members; English proficiency: TOEIC score of 600 or higher
  • Preferred
    ・Knowledge and experience
    in connected cars and connected services ・Coordination
    and communication experience with multiple stakeholders in large organizations ・Experience working with
    overseas vendors ・Team leader experience
    ・Experience working
    in the automotive industry ・English proficiency: TOEIC score 700 or higher
