In the automotive parts industry, we are a company boasting one of the top domestic market shares in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-vehicle business (FA/agriculture)]. In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Level 4 autonomous driving, working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.
This is a development project for next-generation ECUs and large-scale integrated computers in the "Intelligent Automation (ADAS)" field, which is positioned as the top investment area in the 2030 medium-term management plan.
This project is promoting the construction of system architecture, software architecture, specification management, and AI-utilizing development processes centered on ECU systems, aiming for market launch in 2027 and 2030.
While promoting multiple next-generation ADAS projects, we are strengthening our development system and are recruiting core personnel to lead product development.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Hardware Platform Management and SoC Selection/Evaluation (Hardware Management / SoC / Hardware Infrastructure)
・Architectural design and overall management of the hardware platform (HW-PF) for next-generation ADAS large-scale integrated computers
・Selection and evaluation of in-vehicle SoCs and microcontrollers for ADAS and autonomous driving, as well as technical negotiations with domestic and international semiconductor vendors and promotion of joint development
・Oversight of evaluation processes for circuit design, high-speed transmission boards, EMC, and thermal management structures for large-scale ECUs

- Requirements
- ・Experience as a project manager (PM) or project leader (PL
) in hardware development of large-scale system control computers ・Work experience
related to SoC design/development ・General knowledge of memory and power supply ICs (PMICs)

- Preferred
- ・Practical experience in hardware development, such as ADAS, in-vehicle ECUs, and image sensor control
・Experience in electronic circuit design, evaluation, and failure analysis
・Experience in circuit design, PCB design, or hardware platform development using SoCs or microcontrollers
・Experience in product development at a semiconductor vendor
・Planning, development, design, and core technologies(such as testing and packaging technologies)
・Experience in development process reform, systems engineering, AI implementation, and toolchain construction and standardization
・Stress resilience to handle uncertain situations, the ability to consider overall optimization, and the initiative to identify challenges and lead their resolution
・TOEIC score of 600 or higher
