Directly under the head of the Legal Department, you will focus on your expertise in intellectual property, while also taking on a wide range of legal services that support business growth, including corporate legal affairs, compliance, global projects, and IPO preparation, with a focus on contract legal affairs, gradually depending on your experience.

- Responsibilities
- ■ Operation and implementation of intellectual property strategies (★ mainly here)
・ Operation
and application of intellectual property protection policies and employee invention regulations, as well as management processes
for filing, registration, and rights management ・ Collaboration
with patent attorney offices ・ Promotion
of IP asset conversion in collaboration with the R&D department ・ Development of management systems
for technology, know-how, trade secrets, etc. ■ Contract legal affairs
・Drafting and reviewing
NDAs, outsourcing contracts, data provision/license agreements, IP license agreements, joint research and development agreements, business partnership agreements, agency agreements, etc. ・Standardization
of contract templates and standardization of review standards ・Streamlining contract operations and shortening
lead times using CLM and AI tools ■
Support for
corporate legal affairs, management of institutions such as boards of directors, shareholders' meetings, and management meetings, registration, shareholder relations, corporate document management
, and governance support
for domestic and overseas subsidiaries ■ Legal participation in global projects,
compliance, overseas projects, support for overseas subsidiaries, and overseas M&A
・Operation
of antisocial and compliance checks, export control, anti-bribery, consultation and
regulation development related to the Subcontract Act, planning and implementation support
for internal training ・Assistance
with risk mapping and operation of risk management systems ■ Legal knowledge and business infrastructure
development ・ Legal knowledge development using contract templates, manuals, Notions, etc
. ・Collaboration and progress management
with external experts such as law firms and patent attorney offices ・Streamlining legal work using legal tech and AI tools

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in intellectual property at corporate intellectual property departments, patent offices, or law firms (application and rights management, employee inventions, know-how management, or IP-related license contracts)
*Guideline: 2–3 years
or more ・Some contract legal experience
at a company ・Motivation to
grow and want to expand my career as a generalist in the entire legal field while leveraging my strengths in intellectual property ・Experience running projects independently and standardizing and improving
business processes: Lawyer or patent attorney qualifications not required (holding one is welcome)

- ・Practical experience in corporate intellectual property departments (patents, trademarks, copyrights, service inventions, know-how/trade secret management, applications and rights management, IP disputes, collaboration with patent attorney offices)
・Patent attorney qualification/lawyer

IT/software/data-related companies, manufacturer legal affairs, and intellectual property experience
・Experience
in corporate legal affairs (general meeting and board management, registration, subsidiary management) ・Legal experience
in data licensing/personal information protection/data utilization ・Experience handling
export control and economic security-related matters ・Experience handling English-language contracts (NDAs/MOU, etc.) / Motivation
for English-language operations ・Experience
in streamlining with LegalTech and AI (LegalOn Cloud, Gemini/Claude, etc.) ・IPO preparation / experience handling listed companies
