This position is responsible for introducing and operating a cloud-based ground station platform that connects satellite operators and ground station operators. We develop plans, setups, and compliance tests to connect customers' satellite control systems and ground station equipment with services, supporting the provision of stable satellite communication services. This role involves both satellite operations and technical customer support, promoting improvements in operational quality and service enhancement in collaboration with domestic and international customers, partners, and development teams.
