We support large-scale projects such as core system renewal, new service development, and business reform across a wide range of industries including automotive, manufacturing, IT, aviation, and energy. Our hallmark is that we provide consistent support from execution to completion, including progress management, problem-solving, and coordination with stakeholders, going beyond planning. We provide execution support for project success in collaboration with companies from various industries.

You will provide PMO support for medium-term themes in manufacturing (DX/supply chain restructuring/equipment introduction/new product development, etc.).

Job Description

Responsibilities

・Project planning, progress/issues/risk management, KPI design and execution support
・Creation/visualization of materials for management/visualization/decision support
・Team management support (facilitation of meetings, role design, rule development, etc.)
・Development of young members and contributions
to knowledge management activities *Additionally, we provide broad support and promotion to make project progress and processes smoother.
Requirements

・Over 2
years of management experience at PMO or project levels ・Some business knowledge
related to manufacturing (automotive, machinery, electrical, food, pharmaceutical, etc.) ・Skills
in preparing materials and explaining to customers using Excel/PowerPoint ・Problem organization/stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred

・Holding management-related qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent
knowledge; client support experience
at consulting firms or SIers; knowledge in KPI design, risk management,
and knowledge management; willingness to contribute to internal standardization by leveraging knowledge.
