After graduating from the University of Bath, Mr. Kuroda worked as a recruiter for a leading Japanese human resources consultancy. He was selected as the company's first foreign senior manager.
In 2016, he founded TurnPoint Consulting, Inc. specializing in the mobility and semiconductor industries.

Mr. Kato started his career at JAC Recruitment, a leading Japanese recruitment agency, specializing in recruiting for venture companies and mid-sized and large corporations, mainly in the automotive industry. With connections to management, she was responsible for sales, purchasing, and technical positions in Japan, as well as overseas assignments in North America, Southeast Asia, South America, and other regions.
Then, in order to contribute more to the development of the automotive industry, he joined Turnpoint Consulting, covering Japanese and foreign companies in the automotive industry from start-ups to Tier 1 and OEM manufacturers, where he was in charge of president, sales, soft hardware engineers, and battery engineers. Utilizing his previous experience, he took on a management role in the U.S. expansion of the company.
